The terms under which we sell fruit through this website.
By placing an order with PRC Fruits (Navjyot Fruit Traders) you agree to these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order over WhatsApp or phone. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the details provided are incomplete.
Pricing
Fruit is a fresh, seasonal commodity and prices move with the market. Prices shown are current at the time of display. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Quality & weight
We handpick every order at Azadpur Mandi. Natural produce varies in size, colour and ripeness, and pack weights are approximate within a reasonable tolerance.
Cancellations & issues
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Because fruit is perishable we cannot accept general returns — but if anything arrives damaged or below standard, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
